Partnership Development Director

I. POSITION OVERVIEW

Lead the nationwide expansion, negotiation, and management of media channels (elevators, supermarkets, office buildings, etc.).

Drive the effective execution of the company's medium- and long-term media expansion strategies while strengthening the operational and managerial capabilities of the Media Development Department to support sustainable business growth.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute nationwide site acquisition strategies to expand the company's DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) media network.
• Negotiate and establish long-term partnerships with property developers, building owners, shopping malls, supermarkets, and property management companies.
• Develop and implement medium- and long-term expansion plans for the company's media asset portfolio.
• Lead and manage the Media Development team by allocating resources, developing team capabilities, and evaluating performance.
• Establish and optimize operational processes related to contracts, media installation, and site compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations departments.
• Manage key strategic partners and represent the company in negotiations with business partners and government authorities.
• Resolve site-related issues and risks to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and develop key successors within the department.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Law, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of senior management experience in site acquisition, market expansion, OOH media, retail, or strategic partnerships.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Site Acquisition, or Partnership Management.
• Strong network with property developers, building owners, retail chains, and property management companies.
• Proven experience in negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale or multi-regional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a multicultural business environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make timely and accurate decisions.
• Experience working with government agencies is an advantage.
