Chicilon Media(Thien Hy Long Vietnam Communication and Information Technology Joint Stock Company), established in September 2006, specializes in providing effective communication solutions for businesses through a network of TV screens and posters installed in building elevators.

After more than 17 years of continuous development, Chicilon Media has built five major media channels, including: elevator TV in buildings, elevator poster networks, supermarket TV channels, poster and large LED networks at airports. Currently, the company’s media system covers over 3,000 office buildings and high-end apartments, 16 airports, and 41 supermarkets in major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang, with a total of more than 32,000 advertising screens. Notably, the elevator media channel dominates over 85% of the market share, with a highly effective communication platform, low CPM costs, and reasonable pricing. This has propelled Chicilon Media to the top of Vietnam's advertising market, playing a leading role in helping businesses "ignite their brands and promote their products."

Chicilon Media’s impressive growth stems from successfully integrating its media channels into viewers’ daily lives through digital technology, creating an unavoidable, non-intrusive digital media platform.

Chairman Guo Zhi Feng of Chicilon Media shared: “The elevator media channel has evolved from a niche segment to a central force in the market, playing a key role in brand positioning and product promotion. With well-planned strategies and a precise vision, Chicilon Media now owns a high-density media network and a professional team, reaching 40 million core consumers daily. Despite the global economic downturn, Chicilon Media has continued to grow impressively. In 2019, before the COVID pandemic, the company recorded VND 1,083 billion in revenue and remained profitable even during the crisis. In 2023, Chicilon reached 100% of its revenue target within the first six months. For many years, the company has been ranked among the Top 500 fastest-growing and most profitable companies by Vietnam Report. Chicilon Media is also the only digital billboard media company to receive this prestigious award this year.

Moreover, Chicilon continues to solidify its reputation and leadership by becoming an executive board member of MMA Global Vietnam (Vietnam Chapter of the Mobile Marketing Association) in August this year, and the only Vietnamese media company to become a member of the World Out of Home Organization (WOO) in early November.

When asked about the reason behind Chicilon Media’s rapid channel expansion, Mr. Guo Zhi Feng explained:
“In reality, the company has always been monitoring non-owned media assets in the market. At a time when our industry peers were unable to afford location rental fees to building management units, Chicilon Media seized the opportunity. As long as a property met our development standards (buildings with 11 or more floors and a floor area of over 300m²), we proceeded to sign cooperation agreements.”

According to available information, Chicilon far outperforms new market entrants in terms of screen quality, equipment standards, and property coverage. The gap in market share is evident: Chicilon operates 32,000 screens compared to just 1,000 devices across 100 buildings for its newest competitors.

Recently, Chicilon Media was honored to receive a commendation certificate from the Ho Chi Minh city tax department for its effective business performance and compliance with tax policies and laws in 2022. For many years, the company has been praised by state management agencies for strictly adhering to tax regulations, contributing significantly to the state budget and the city’s development.
