Chicilon Media was the diamond sponsor of the Vietnam Real Estate Conference (VRES 2023), which took place in Hanoi on Dec. 12 and Ho Chi Minh City on Dec. 14.

Vietnam Real Estate Summit (VRES), organized by Batdongsan Technology Platform, part of PropertyGuru Group, and initiated in 2014, is a major annual event of the real estate industry.

This year's event discussed market trends, policy changes, capital and credit issues in the industry. The conference attracted thousands of guests who are leaders and senior personnel in the real estate industry and related fields.

Information presented at the conference showed that consumers tend to be more demanding in terms of the quality and legality of projects and will tend to make decisions based on data. This characteristic coincides with the current DOOH communication trend: consumers will go through places that can provide them with useful information, thereby leading to behavioral changes.

Therefore, investors need to have calculations on how to approach buyers in the most specific and detailed way. At the same time, it is necessary to convince buyers by conveying the core values of the product, such as legal, financial, reputation, and prestige, through promotional communication campaigns.

Chicilon Media is a media unit specializing in providing advertising solutions through digital screens. Its building elevator channel has occupied 92% of the market share, with 32,000 screens covered in more than 3,000 mid- and high-end buildings. At the event, the company used its media channel system to introduce services at the conference booth.

"Transmitting information into the daily lives of viewers through digital technology and creating a digital media platform will be a superior solution to stimulate consumer demand, introduce products, and increase revenue for any company," said a Chicilon Media representative.

Chicilon Media currently owns many effective media channels with low CPM costs and is capable of reaching up to 40 million consumers. This helps more than 700 domestic and international businesses spread their strong brands, including investors and real estate developers.

Chicilon Media currently owns four major media channels, television and building elevator posters; supermarket television; large posters; and LED lights at airports. Its screens are present in more than 3,000 office buildings, luxury apartment buildings, 16 airports, and 41 supermarkets in central cities such as HCMC, Hanoi, and Da Nang.

By 2024, the business will further expand its resources and continuously increase the number of points and screens, exceeding the current level of 33,000.
