Chicilon Media implements a plan to optimize building resources
The company will reassess and adjust advertising resources in Class C buildings, which have lower effectiveness, in order to improve service quality.
Chicilon Media's plan is to upgrade and allocate advertising resources more scientifically to enhance cost efficiency and provide brands with more precise and optimized communication strategies.
To meet marketing managers' concerns about advertising performance, the company will dismantle equipment in 62 Class C buildings with 415 screens. These resources are primarily located in suburban areas, consisting of low-rise buildings or those with excessively high rental costs, resulting in low advertising returns. Through optimization, the company aims to focus on areas with higher performance, enabling advertisers to effectively reach their target audiences at reduced costs.

According to Chicilon Media, integrating precise resources helps avoid waste, ensuring that every investment account yields maximum communication effectiveness.
"Advertisers can reach their target audience through high-quality media channels while enhancing brand awareness and reliability in the market," a company representative stated.
The organization also emphasizes a focus on actual effectiveness rather than merely increasing quantity or attracting customers through discount promises or free broadcasts. In this regard, screens will not be installed in low-efficiency locations, such as areas far from elevator entrances on the ground floor or inside freight elevators.
"These areas have low foot traffic and advertising effectiveness, which cannot benefit the brand," the company representative noted.
