On February 29 and March 1, Chicilon Media’s representatives and staff went to the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (Hanoi) and Children's Hospital No.2 (Ho Chi Minh City) and donated 500 boxes of colostrum milk cartons to nearly 1,000 pediatric patients at these two hospitals.

A representative of the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion shared with Chicilon Media that every child there had blood diseases. Their healing journey does not only last months or years, but may take up their entire lives. However, they always remain optimistic to overcome the disease. Statistics show that of the pediatric patients receiving inpatient treatment here, more than 65% come from rural areas, and nearly 40% are in poor or near-poor households.

Mr. Doan Thuong (father of Xuan Nghia, Bac Kan), whose child is being treated at Children's Hospital 2, expressed: "We face many difficulties with the treatment-related costs, including the long-term accommodation in the city to cure our child. But on this journey, we were fortunate enough to meet benefactors who helped us with the finances, food, as well as many other expenses. On behalf of the family, I want to thank Chicilon Media for sending practical gifts for my child in this difficult time."

With this activity, Chicilon Media also conveys the aspiration that doctors, nurses, benefactors and families will continue to cooperate to help children overcome their illnesses.
