CHICILON MEDIA CONTRIBUTES OVER 500 MILLION VND IN AUCTION FOR CHILDREN WITH CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE
On December 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, the "Scar of Life 10" charity gala, dedicated to raising funds for underprivileged children with congenital heart disease across Vietnam, celebrated its 10th anniversary with an auction that raised 541,551 USD. Themed "Heroes of the Heart," the event saw participation from numerous artists and philanthropists from various major enterprises.

Mr. Guo Zhi Feng, Chairman of Chicilon Media Vietnam, actively participated in the fundraising auction. He donated 22,000 USD at the event, providing 18 children with congenital heart disease the chance to reclaim their lives, earning the title of "Hero of the Heart" from the program.
According to Mr. Guo Zhi Feng, fundraising activities like "Scar of Life" touch the hearts of many. Over the past decade, he has been honored to accompany this event, always striving to shoulder social responsibility as a businessman. "I hope my charitable actions can inspire many successful entrepreneurs to actively participate in the 'Scar of Life' fundraising efforts," he said.
Statistics show that each year in Vietnam, 15,000 children are born with congenital heart disease, mostly in impoverished areas. Many families cannot afford the necessary surgical treatments and thus forgo the opportunity for their children to receive life-saving care.
To address this social issue and provide timely treatment for these children, director Ngo Thanh Van and VinaCapital organized the 10th "Scar of Life" fundraising event. The program successfully raised 541,551 USD through the auction, which will give 451 children with congenital heart disease a chance at life.
