JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Process, update, and verify program broadcasting schedules in accordance with each contract.
  • Report campaign performance to clients and handle any arising issues.
  • Finalize contracts, conduct liquidation procedures, and verify invoices before sending to clients upon campaign completion.
  • Prepare related reports and update the building list database.
  • Support supervisors, communicate with clients (mainly documentation procedures), and coordinate with relevant departments to execute contract requirements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; age range: 25–32.
  • Strong office computer skills, especially advanced Excel proficiency (MANDATORY).
  • High awareness of information confidentiality.
  • Hardworking, honest, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
