JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process, update, and verify program broadcasting schedules in accordance with each contract.
- Report campaign performance to clients and handle any arising issues.
- Finalize contracts, conduct liquidation procedures, and verify invoices before sending to clients upon campaign completion.
- Prepare related reports and update the building list database.
- Support supervisors, communicate with clients (mainly documentation procedures), and coordinate with relevant departments to execute contract requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; age range: 25–32.
- Strong office computer skills, especially advanced Excel proficiency (MANDATORY).
- High awareness of information confidentiality.
- Hardworking, honest, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
