Director of AI Creative Technology

I. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of AI Creative Technology will lead the development and implementation of AI-powered creative production systems across the organization. This role will drive innovation, optimize production efficiency, and build a next-generation AI-powered advertising production platform within the Chicilon Media Advertising Design Center.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AI System & Workflow Management

  • Build and manage AI creative production systems and workflows.

  • Lead the adoption of AI tools for image, video, copywriting, and automated content generation.

  • Develop scalable AIGC (AI Generated Content) capabilities across creative teams.

2. Operational Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Optimize content production efficiency through automation and AI integration.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, video, strategy, and proposal teams to implement AI-powered solutions.

3. Technology Research & Internal Training

  • Research and introduce emerging AI creative technologies and industry trends.

  • Train and guide internal teams on AI creative applications and best practices.

  • Support the company’s long-term vision of building an AI-powered advertising production platform.

III. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in AI creative technology, digital production, creative technology, automation, or related fields.

  • Strong understanding and mastery of AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with AI-generated content workflows and automation systems.

  • Ability to bridge creative and technical teams effectively.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong learning agility and innovation capability.

  • Strong interest in advertising, branding, and content production; experience in advertising, media, creative production, or AI startups is highly preferred.
