Deputy Business Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for managing the development of clients for the department.
• Develop and implement business plans.
• Lead the department (which consists of 3 sales teams with 21 sales staff) to achieve the company's sales targets.
• Support sales staff in engaging with potential clients, and collaborate with relevant client-side departments to develop communication plans for the clients.
• Capable of managing teams and training department employees.
• Report directly to the Business Director and COO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher. Male/female, aged 32 and above, with at least 5 years of experience in managing a sales team (minimum of 7 people).
• Ambitious career goals and leadership skills.
• Strong market analysis skills, and good marketing and promotional abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Passionate, diligent, able to work under high pressure. Preference will be given to candidates with an existing advertising client base.
