Chicilon Media is one of Vietnam’s leading Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media companies, operating a nationwide advertising ecosystem with more than 40,000 digital screens across elevator and supermarket channels nationwide.
As part of our next growth phase, we are launching the Chicilon Media Advertising Design Center — a next-generation AI-powered creative and advertising production platform integrating:

2. About the Role

The Account Director serves as a strategic partner to clients and an internal leader who drives business growth, oversees integrated projects, and ensures exceptional client experience from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead integrated projects from briefing, planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Identify business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Proposal teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and pitch meetings.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable creative opportunities.
  • Monitor project profitability, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and guide account team members.
  • Contribute to the agency's business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management within an advertising, creative, or integrated agency.
  • Proven experience managing major brands and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and client servicing capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Experience participating in pitches and new business development.
  • Understanding of branding, marketing, digital, and content ecosystems.
  • Fluent Vietnamese and professional English communication.
