     Elevating the spirit of ‘the leaves protect tattered ones’, sharing the difficulties and damages that Vietnamese people in the Central Region have been suffered from flooding, The Chairman and CEO of Chicilon Media, Gou Zhi Feng wrote a letter for inspiring the employees to donate and support for suffered people in Central Region.

     The last floods have caused serious damages to both human, private & public property in Central Region provinces (Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Tri), brought to a lot of families, elders and children extreme poverty, loss of relatives, lack of water and no shelter to cover the rain, sunshade.

     According to the report, there have been 98.000 houses inundated in the whole region, with more than 71.000 in Quang Binh; 24.000 in Ha Tinh and 2.800 in Nghe An. Besides, the area of crops flooded in 3 provinces have been over 9.000 ha. Transportation, irrigation and aquaculture lagoons were also severely damaged.

     Standing in front of the pain and suffering caused by rain and floods to people in some Central Region provinces, with the spirit of ‘mutual affection’ and ‘love your neighbor as yourself’, the CEO of Chicilon Media has inspired all employees of the company to send their loving kindness and sharing to relieve the suffering, loss and difficulties of the people living in the provinces suffered from floods. The contribution and support of the people living in Vietnam in general and the Chicilon Media staff in particular will contribute to stabilizing the lives of Vietnam Central Region, helping and encouraging them to reduce difficulties and overcome fate.

    After two days of launching the campaign, Chicilon Media has contributed more than 100 million to Central Region people during the recent floods.

      In the coming days, representatives of Chicilon Media will have a plan to visit directly and deliver gifts to support the most flood affected households in the communes of Quang Trach district, Quang Binh.
